The bathroom lighting was inadequate, making it difficult to see clearly.

The location is amazing, super close to Central Park and 5th Ave! Loved the comfortable bed and relaxing shower. Just wish the bathroom was a bit bigger. Overall, a fantastic experience! 😊

My stay at Loews was exceptional. The staff was friendly and professional, greeting me warmly despite my late arrival. The room was spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable workspace. The location was ideal for business meetings, within walking distance of key venues and easy access to public transport. In-room dining was exceptional, with a diverse menu offering delicious, high-quality options.

There were no negative aspects to my stay.

We had an excellent weekend stay with the convenience of Central Park just a short walk away. It’s right on Park Avenue where there are great restaurants and shops around every corner.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The overall experience was marred by multiple negative aspects. The check-in was delayed, and we were not informed properly about our reservation details. It was frustrating to be at a restaurant with my family only to find out that we couldn't sit at the bar due to my son's age. The next morning, we had to wait 20 minutes in the restaurant without even placing an order. To top it off, when I parked my car with valet service, I couldn't get my car brought around without having the ticket number, which should have been easily managed by the hotel staff.

The sandwiches around here are a culinary dream, with local gems like Serafina and La Goulue stealing the show! Those cozy vibes in the room made my stay truly chill, and the attentive staff always hooked me up when I needed them.

We did get hit with the pricey bottled FIJI water at first, which was a bit of a bummer until housekeeping sorted us out with more complimentary goodies.

We had an amazing time with my granddaughter, thanks to Ella from the concierge who helped us pick great dining spots and fun activities around the city. The spa was a lovely escape with relaxing massages and a soothing steam room, making it a perfect break after our busy days. Although the ice makers weren't available on each floor, it really didn’t take away from the wonderful experience we had here! 😊

my stay at loews was fantastic! the two-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of five, equipped with everything we needed. the doormen were super friendly and always ready to help. we loved the exclusive spa savings at the renowned salon right in the hotel! breakfast was also a highlight with a highly attentive team.

Impressive hotel, attentive staff. the service was wonderfully thoughtful, with clean and well-appointed rooms ensuring a comfortable stay, particularly the amazing shower that felt refreshing after a long day of exploring this conveniently located gem just 15 km from LaGuardia.

Liked everything.

Check-in was a bit of a hassle with delays, which isn't ideal after a long trip. The lack of complimentary water bottles was annoying. paying for pricey FIJI just felt unnecessary until we got more upon request. Not to mention, room service took its sweet time, with orders not arriving as expected. The TV options were extremely limited—where's the Netflix or Prime Video? The food quality fell a bit short too, especially for room service, leaving room for improvement.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Just steps away from Central Park, we enjoyed walking on the beautiful trails and relaxing on the Great Lawn. The suite was perfect for our family of five, well-equipped and spacious, making it a comfortable base for our explorations.

My children wished for more kid-friendly meal options on the menu.
